How about this delicious 49ers Guacamole? Full of flavor and easy to make!

49ers Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients

3 fully ripened avocados from Mexico, halved, pitted and peeled

3 tablespoons lime juice

3 tablespoons minced onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 clove garlic, minced

3/4 teaspoon salt

2 large red bell peppers

2 large yellow bell peppers

1 round loaf sourdough bread

Directions

In a large bowl, combine avocados and lime juice. With a fork, coarsely mash. Add onion, cilantro, garlic and salt; stir until just combined. Stem and seed bell peppers; cut into thick strips. Dice two red and two yellow pepper strips; add to guacamole; stir. On a work surface, lay sourdough loaf. With a knife, cut off the top third of the loaf. Remove soft interior and cut into cubes. Fill loaf with guacamole. Surround with bread cubes and pepper strips for dipping. You can find this recipe and many others at Avocados from Mexico.
