You can make this pizza ahead of time and bake it off when you’re ready to serve it. Perfect for a game day appetizer or main dish. Dump upside down and serve as a pull apart pizza!
Hawaiian Bubble Pizza Recipe
3/4 cup pizza sauce
2- 13.8 ounce pre made pizza crust( I used Pillsbury)
1 cup chopped pineapple, drained
3 ounce chopped Canadian bacon
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Pour pizza sauce into medium size bowl. Take pizza crust out of can and leave in a roll shape. Cut down the middle and in 1-inch pieces.
Roll pieces into balls, place in bowl with pizza sauce and roll to coat the balls. This is so the pizza balls don’t stick together. Add pineapple, Canadian bacon and 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Gently mix using your hands and pour into a 10-inch cast iron skillet.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until the center is fully cooked and not gooey. NOTE: When the pizza is almost done sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cheese. Cut into slices or dump upside down and serve as a pull apart. This is a LBC original!
