Lady Behind The Curtain - Hoisin Burger

Add a touch of Asian Flavors to your burger by using a creamy sriracha mayo, hoisin sauce and thin slices cool crisp cucumber.

Ingredients and directions

ground beef (amount determines how many burgers you’re making)

toasted sesame buns

cucumber slices, I used my potato peeler to make ribbons.

grilled scallions, toss with sesame oil before grilling.

hoisin sauce, brush the patty during the last minute of cooking.

sriracha mayo, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil. This burger idea is from the Food Network Magazine June 2012 issue.
