These Korean Beef Pockets are completely awesome!  Perfect to serve as an appetizer, at a game day party or add a salad and serve as a main dish.  Full of flavorful tender meat with a hint of ginger and soy.  The addition of smashed baked sweet potato really adds a hint of sweetness as well.
