Take the basic pumpkin bread recipe {link below}, add a few more ingredients to make a completely new and delicious bread. {Pumpkin Bread} Fruit Cake Style Prepare as directed {from the pumpkin bread recipe}, except stir 1-1/2 cups chopped mixed dried fruit or candied fruit into the batter.  After cooling bread , drizzle with vanilla drizzle.  For vanilla drizzle, in a small bowl stir together 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons vanilla.  Stir to make drizzling consistency.  Add additional vanilla if needed.  EXTRA–If you want to add another flavored glaze swap out the vanilla for brandy.
