Mexican Chocolate Ganache

Mexican Chocolate Ganache - Lady Behind The Curtain

This Mexican Chocolate Ganache is rich, creamy with a hint of cinnamon.  To make this chocolate I used Mexican hot chocolate tablets which are coated with sugar and infused with cinnamon.  The sugar coated chocolate adds a little crunch to the ganache. Dip your Churro Waffle Sticks in this delicious chocolate!  You can also use it to dip cinnamon chips or regular churros.
