Lady Behind The Curtain - Kid's Chocolate Float

It’s SUMMER and the kids are home!  This a a crowd pleasing treat for when all the neighbor kids are over swimming.  Can you say POOL PARTY!  Take this opportunity to clean out the pantry.  You can put anything on these floats and  they will look and taste great!  You know the kids will have a blast eating them.  In fact set up a goodie buffet and let them build their own!  HAVE FUN CREATING!

Here’s How I Made My Chocolate Float:

First I drizzled chocolate syrup down the sides of the glass, then I added the ice cream ( I used chocolate brownie)  Next comes the club soda.  Be careful with that it tends to explode.  Last comes the fun part, all the different toppings.  M&M’s, Chopped Nuts, Oreo Straws, Banana Slices, Animal Crackers, Whip Cream and a Cherry.

  2. My boys are 16 and 19 and both will have a longer summer at home than usual this year. I think they would go nuts if I got in the supplies for these, they’re just kids at heart sometimes.
