“You’re Just My Type” Valentine’s Day Dessert Table

I am affiliated with Pillsbury.  This is a sponsored post.  All opinions are 100% mine.  #ValentinesDayMakingParty

As I was thinking of what theme I wanted to create this year for Valentine’s Day, I remembered I had an old type writer in the attic and that’s how I came up with the “You’re Just My Type” Valentine’s Day Dessert Table.

Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow - Lady Behind The CurtainValentine's Day Dessert Table - Lady Behind The CurtainWhen I was deciding on a dessert menu.  I wanted to create a table that would be fun, tasty and VERY easy to put together.  Of course having some Pillsbury recipes helped me tremendously.  This table is full of easy, fun and delicious recipes.  Some can be made days in advance or even frozen weeks in advance.

The kid’s arrived 30 minutes before the party.  They had tons of fun decorating the cookies.

With the help of Pillsbury this party has something for everyone, kid’s and adults!

CENTERPIECE

An old type writer I had in the attic.  I styled this whole party around this type writer.  Sometimes it takes one thing to get the ball rolling.

FOOD LABELS

Having food labels that coordinate with your theme adds another layer of interest.  Here is the template for the You’re Just My Type Label.  I left this label blank so you could either write or stamp on it.

  1. Such a beautiful party!!! I have an old typewriter like that displayed in my living room. The children really like typing on it! How far we have come to now have computers and internet. Thank you for all of the great ideas!
