  1. I love filled cupcakes and what better to fill them with than chocolate mousse! Your cupcakes look and sound great! I appreciate your clear photos and description of how to fill the cupcakes. I always thought you needed a special tool. Now that I know how easy it is, I will be making these soon! Thanks. 🙂

    • Hi Torie,
Yes, it will hold up. I recommend you store the cupcakes in the refrigerator until ready to serve. You don’t have to. It’s just an extra precaution. I made these for a graduation party the day before and they were fine. I hope this helps. 🙂

  2. These gorgeous cupcakes are definitely worthy of any special occasion, but why wait, I want this chocolate goodness right now!I’ve featured your cupcakes on my blog, hoping that you don’t mind, but if you do, please contact me and I’ll remove it. All the best.

  3. These cupcakes were delicious! The only thing I changed was to add a little cocoa to the water used to thin the butter cream frosting. Everyone thought this was a winner!

  4. Hi! I love these cupcakes. I made a trial batch tonight…cupcakes are nice and light! I had trouble with the mousse. It had small chocolate pieces that had hardened in it…any ideas on what I could have done wrong? The chocolate was fully melted before I added the cocoa/water mixture to it…I am making these for my son’s birthday party this weekend. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!
