Wow, these are so yummy, actually the best granola bar i’ve ever made, and I make alot of them!!! I love how chewy, yet firm they are! I changed the ingredients based on what I had, I used homemade granola that had dried cranberries in it, sliced almonds, and Fiber One cereal that was a flake and granola type. I crushed up the flakes a bit, and omitted the pb chips because I only had butter scotch chips ,and I wanted to drizzle that on top. I had to add a cup more granola because mixture was really wet. These are really sweet, so I never drizzled anything on top. Super addictive!!! Thanks a bunch for recipe!! I love these!!! The sugar binder will definitly be my go to for all types of mixtures of all types of granola bars!!
I’m so glad you enjoyed them. I love that you can change up the ingredients and they are still DELICIOUS! Thanks for visiting! 🙂
