1. PAPER—I like using cheap cardstock from Michaels Craft Store
2. GOOD SCISSORS
3. GLUE GUN AND GLUE STICKS: When glue is needed, I like using a low-temp glue gun. It gets the job done without any burnt fingers.
4. HOLE PUNCH: I use a handheld, cheap hole punch for the banners.
5. JUTE STRING OR RIBBON: I love hanging the banners with jute string; any string or ribbon will work too.
