- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 12 ounces water
- 2 scoops of a vanilla or cream flavored protein mix ( mine is only 90 calories per 2 heaping scoops)
- 10 ice cubes
- In a blender combine all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
