Soft Pretzel Rolls

I love the aroma of a pretzel shop. But my mall is 30 minutes away and the cost is…well, more then I want to pay. Now I can make my own and make some to spare for the freezer. I first saw this recipe for these rolls on my first link party from The Bread Fairy. So I decided to make them for my son, who loves pretzel pizza. NO MORE mall pretzels for him. He loved the flavor of these and I loved how easy they were to make. Scroll down to the bottom to see the pretzel pizza roll and the chicken salad pretzel sandwich.
Another idea for these rolls would be to make them into a dessert by slicing them in half, dipping them in melted butter, rolling them a cinnamon sugar mixture and spreading a layer of Cinnamon Butter Cream Frosting (recipe below). Oh boy, doesn’t that sound good?!
