Fruit and Walnut Stuffed Pork Tenderloin | A juicy dish filled with a fruit-nut mixture and also coated with crunchy bread crumbs makes for a guest-worthy entree!

Fruit and Walnut Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Lady Behind the Curtain

Dried fruits are re-hydrated in a blend of orange-flavored liqueur and red wine. Use a combination of orange juice and chicken broth for a nonalcoholic alternative. The pork loin is coated in a breadcrumb mixture to form a crisp crust. TIP: I used a combination of red wine and orange juice since even though I don’t like to drink red wine, I love the flavor it gives food and I didn’t want to purchase a orange-flavored liqueur for 2 tablespoons! This combination was delicious! Play with different cheeses, herbs, or fruits in the filling of this pretty dish. Follow these easy steps to make a guest-worthy entree.
