TODDLERS: No time limit. The person with the most scooped cotton balls in the container wins.
OLDER KIDS: To make the game a little more challenging add a time limit. The person with the most scooped cotton balls in the allotted amount of time wins! NOTE: This game can also be played on the floor and is a fun Bridal or Baby Shower game.
