Semi Homemade Corn Salsa | Only THREE ingredients and tastes like homemade! I love the addition of corn in salsa. It not only adds a delicious corn flavor but also a touch of sweetness. Whether it’s Taco Tuesday or you’re planning a Fiesta Celebration make sure to add this Semi Homemade Corn Salsa to your menu.
When we think of salsa our minds always go to the typical chips and salsa. How about thinking outside the box and adding this easy to make salsa as a topping on grilled meat. For a quick and easy Spanish Rice stir some of this salsa in to cooked rice.
If you’re not a fan of fresh tomatoes you can switch them out for chopped roasted red peppers. The peppers will add some smokiness to the salsa.
I’m asked all the time what kind of appetizers to serve at a Party with a Fiesta Theme. My answer is always “Make a Salsa Bar!” Your guests get an assortment of flavors and you as the host can make everything days before the party. A salsa bar is a win win for everyone!
