Semi Homemade Flatbread Tostadas
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups your favorite salsa
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup reduced fat or regular shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 fried flatbread (link below)
- assorted toppings
