One of my favorite ways to eat a pulled pork sandwich is with a big serving of coleslaw on top. The combo of the savoy meat with the sweet coleslaw is perfection. - 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) jar Trader Kpe's Island Soyaki Sauce
- 1 (5 pound) boneless pork shoulder
- 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold water
- hamburger buns

In a large slow cooker, place the pineapple (with juice), onion, bell pepper, soyaki sauce and pork shoulder. Cook on low 9 hours. Take the pork out of the slow cooker, turn the slow cooker to high, mix together the flour and cold water. Whisk the flour mixture into the sauce. Shred pork, add back into the slow cooker. Cook on high 30 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Serve on a hamburger bun with a nice serving of PINEAPPLE COLESLAW on top.
