Spicy Apple Overnight Oatmeal | This creamy delicious jar of spicy oatmeal goodness is just what you need in the morning. Oats are incredibly nutritious and can lower your Cholesterol. With ingredients like chunks of apple, creamy yogurt, chia seeds, flaxseeds, a special spice blend and oats. This overnight oatmeal will keep you full for hours.
This oatmeal is full of warm cozy spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger (to name a few). You can eat it hot or cold. In the summer I love eating a jar right out of the refrigerator but in the winter I heat it up in the microwave. So whether it’s winter of summer you can always have a jar of cozy goodness. There’s always room to additions! Like raisins! It would be like eating a “healthy” cinnamon roll! 😀
Overnight oats make the perfect grab ‘n go breakfast. I also like to make my pancakes in a jar. To get all three recipes click here—->>>>3 READY TO GO PANCAKE IN A JAR RECIPES.
