This fun centerpiece is made by gluing pool noodles, plastic tube noisemakers, shower loofah and puff balls to piece of wood and then adding brown burlap, shells and plastic clear ornaments.

Start with the tallest pool noodles; hot glue to a piece of wood.

The shortest height.

Plastic Tube Noisemakers cut into various sizes.

Add the tallest plastic tube noisemakers.

Fill in with various heights of the plastic tube noisemakers.

Add small pieces of the pool noodles to the front.

Hot glue assorted small shower loofah and puff balls.
