NO CANDY THERMOMETER! This super easy fudge is not your typical fudge. No waiting for the candy thermometer to reach a certain degree. No…..this Conversation Heat Marshmallow Cherry Valentine’s Day Fudge is made in the…..get ready for it…..MICROWAVE! That’s right in 1 minute and 30 seconds it’s fudge time!
The ways of displaying this fudge are many. Here are a few. In this post you will see fudge poured directly into heart shaped tins. This is one of my favorite ways of giving fudge as a gift. Tie a knife to the top or slip it inside the tin for the perfect gift. Another way is adding the fudge to silicone heart shaped molds. Slip them out of the molds, line a tin with cupcake liners and fill the tin with fudge!
Not pictured ideas…..the classic 9×13 baking dish which will yield up to 40 pieces of fudge. Another idea is in a push up pop. Click here to see how adorable it would look—->>>>TROPICAL SUNSET FUDGE.
All you need to add the text to the top of the fudge is a White Icing Pouch with Tips from Wilton. Wait until the fudge has hardened. Write on top using the round tip and refrigerate to harden. Super cute and super easy!
I love the fun layers hidden inside the tin! You could also add sprinkles!
