16 Perfect Thanksgiving Day Salads

Lady Behind the Curtain Posted on November 22, 2016 by SherylJuly 8, 2021

16 Perfect Thanksgiving Day Salads | When it comes to Thanksgiving you’d think the turkey would be the star… but for me it’s all about the salads.  Since during the year we usually only have green salad it’s a treat to put the green salad aside and have something different.

16 Perfect Thanksgiving Day Salads
The Pistachio Salad (also known as Watergate Salad) is one of my families favorites and is ALWAYS on my Thanksgiving table. All these salads are so different from sweet to savory I’m sure you’ll find a salad that will become a Thanksgiving Tradition just like the Pistachio Salad is for my family. Take one of these salads to Grandmas house this year! This year add some new salads to your Thanksgiving table. Still keep the tried and true but add something new too! What is the one salad your family expects to be on the table? Like I mentioned above for my family it’s the Pistachio Salad. It’s really more like a dessert but with all the delicious savory dishes it’s nice to have something sweet.
